Social Media Manager, 100%



Your duties


Planning, programming and executing key social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram


Acting as the subject matter expert on the evolving social media landscape, staying informed on all product updates and user direction, and forging a strong relationship with account leads at various platforms.


Regular sharing of platform best-practices/updates to internal stakeholders

Creating and managing comprehensive social media campaigns and content calendar

Working closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve the organization’s marketing goals


Liaising with all relevant departments and third parties in order to effectively manage social media content creation, distribution and measurement


Collaborating on the definition of the tone of voice of each individual channel/account, in accordance with the reference targets to be reached


Partnering with performance media team on campaigns that overlap between brand and advertising, supporting commercial opportunities


Collaborating in the continuous definition, and updating of the content strategy, raising awareness of new trends and emerging social media

Collaborating with the business intelligence team for the definition of KPI’s and internal reports


Responsible for the definition of the workflow, collaborating in the management of the network of creators, defining specific roles to approve and publish the proposed content

Working on the development of branded content both from a creative point of view, and by supporting the definition of the targets


Executing and monitoring ticket sales and partner-related social media and website content

Building relationships with other organizations to share and implement best practices, as well as amplify key messages and initiatives

Our requirements


University degreeAdvanced degree in communication and marketing

Five to ten years of experience with an agency background

Fluency in English

Approachable, patient and motivated

Solution oriented, innovative and resilient

Strong team player, good time management skills

Willingness to travel (15%)
