We are looking for a Global Influencer Marketing Manager M/W to
Steer the implementation of Salomon Alpine global strategy and infuse its mindset in local skiing communities.
You will work in close collaboration with our local Influencer Marketing Managers (IMMs), global Brand, Sports & Product Marketing teams
Reporting directly to the Alpine Product Offer Manager , your main responsibilities are :
Embody a premium and aspirational face of the brand in local skiing communities.
Define sharp briefs of influencer activation plans (KPIs, budget, timelines) for IMMs in each key country in line with global strategy and national marketing plans.
Support sports vertical managers in building local programs.
Create marketing innovation encompassing local needs and specificities that complement the various national strategies.
Ensure efficient feedback & day-to-day communication between IMMs and HQ and the yearly achievement of their deliverables.
Track local plans executions through structured framework & reportingLead seasonal content & tools of the Alpine Clubs & Professional lines: product management for skis, boots & bindings + coordination for apparel & accessories.
Needed Work Experience: 5/7 years of professional experience in marketing/communication within the alpine skiing world (manufacturers, sponsors, federations, resorts)
Education: 5-year degree course
Alpine skiing: strong involvement in the sport & its communities, long-time understanding of the core scene
Project management: track record in managing a network of local counterparts including strong analytics, budget definition, planning, follow-up & win-win negotiations
Foreign Language(s): full proficiency in English, German is a plus
IT Skills: command of Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint

Leadership: seasoned networker with a strong sense of achievement
Communication: connect efficiently with IMMs on a daily base with a team player mindset and convince when presenting to senior or large audiences
Precision: sharp in respecting timelines, structured in the approach
