Area Sales Manager Wilson Golf


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Area Sales Manager Wilson Golf, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the complete range of Wilson Golf products (Hard Good-Soft Good) within the assigned geographic area, product range or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Sales & Distribution

Developing a local plan to follow Wilson brand guidelines, strategies and prioritiesAchieving the seasonal sales and distribution targets in the defined territoryIdentifying territory sales, distribution and promotion opportunitiesTaking care of the customer (store-pro shop) relationship both for the commercial and accounting aspects


Relationship Management

Strong collaboration with assigned geographic area Representatives in order to be active in the hand over in distribution, strategies and targetsDeveloping and maintaining close cooperation with local team Reps and Golf TeamMaximizing in-person contact and sales coverage with territory accounts


In-store excellence

Increasing and maximizing Wilson in-store brand presence and image with both customers and consumersNegotiating in-shop space and developing layouts/merchandising concepts for accounts to ensure brand visibility


Activation on course

Negotiating and implementing a full activation demo plan for the assigned territory (aligned with Wilson strategy and budget)Animating and managing demos on golf courses


Reporting

Preparing and reviewing customer performance report on seasonal basisAnalysing and reporting competitors’ distribution, in-store presence and offerInternal reporting to all relevant parties in a timely manner


YOUR PROFILE:


At least 5 years of experience in sales

Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office) and fast in learning new tools (Sales Portal, B2B)

Experience in Golf is preferable

Fluent in French, English language is recommended
