Profile: The UEFA Academy leads the education of individuals and organisations, inspires them to continuously elevate the game of football and aims to be the home of the best learning programmes in the sports sector. The Management & Promotion Assistant ensures that people and organisations that could greatly benefit from the UEFA Academy's programmes and activities are aware of these opportunities. He/she oversees our digital and print communication channels, is in charge of the UEFA Academy online platform and is actively involved in developing new programmes. He/she also contributes to the success of the Academy's existing activities, supporting their development and implementation.
Purpose: - Developing and coordinating all the UEFA Academy communications activities: website, social media, videos, catalogue, programme brochures, activity reports, etc.; - Coordinating the production of all UEFA Academy branded elements: templates, certificates, roll-ups, gifts, etc.; - Ensuring cooperation with other UEFA units for the print and digital catalogue of the UEFA Academy for Staff project; - Coordinating the development of the UEFA Academy online platform and its content; - Coordinating the development and running of new UEFA Academy programmes in cooperation with other UEFA units and external partner organisations; - Organising visits to UEFA HQ for partner universities; - Creating and updating UEFA Academy presentations for newcomers, university visits, sales, etc.; - Managing the main UEFA Academy email account and the UEFA Academy library (orders and loans); - Coordinating invoicing and financial monitoring for registered students; - Assisting the UEFA Academy for special events taking place at UEFA HQ and abroad; - In general, assisting the head of the UEFA Academy and your unit colleagues.
Experience required: - From 1-3 year's experience in managing social media accounts (mainly LinkedIn)/community management - Experience in developing and editing websites in WordPress
Education: - Masters in communications, design or in business/management with postgraduate certification in communications
Languages: - English / Proficient - Arabic, Chinese (Standard Mandarin) or Portuguese would be a strong asset - Any additional languages would be an asset
Additional requirements: - MS Office / Advanced - Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) - Proficiency in PowerPoint - Strong ability to work in a team
