Reporting to the Head of Brand and Licencing and Marketing and Events Director, he will be responsible for the daily management of the E sport/Sim Racing ecosystem and will support future internal and external developments


The Digital Motor Sport Manager shall: 

Manage: •  FIA DMSWG (FIA Digital Motor Sport Working Group) using appropriate administrative procedures: invitations, set-up, minutes, dossier, agenda, membership etc. • In Year 1, the development and approval by the working group of a Digital Motor Sport Charter covering the following aspects: - players sporting code - licence status - training programmes (about match-fixing, extensive gaming, betting/gambling, middleware, software, spyware manipulation, etc.) - Adoption and integration of mandatory messages and tools by the promoter and game publishers for online and live event videogame activities in order to protect the players and ensure the optimum level of sporting integrity. • In liaison with the Volunteers and Officials Commission, develop a specific curriculum and training programme for ASN officials, with the view to recognising Digital Motor Sport/Sim Racing officials.

Communicate: • on a regular basis to FIA promoters any developments and changes made in relation to Digital Motor Sport • to game publishers any tender for specific adoptions made by the DMSWG or ultimately the FIA WMSC (World Motor Sport Council) • to event organisers: tenders, call for expressions of interest, etc. • to FIA legal teams any necessary information: fraud, appeals, match-fixing, etc. • to hardware and accessories companies any new launch of licencing programmes enabling certification of devices (software, etc.) • to management once a month and to the FIA Executive Management twice yearly, regarding progress made and key outputs expected

Develop/Support: • Head of Brand Analysis to consider development with the approval from the Deputy President for Motor Sport and Secretary General for Sport • In liaison with the FIA Development Department and ASN Grant Programme, develop, implement and support the pathways from virtual reality to physical reality in line with Digital Licence rollout - Implementation of Digital Licence with PDI (Gran Turismo) - Development of career pathways with ASNs once Digital Licence has been converted • Any integration of commercial partners appointed either by the FIA or by promoters in the E Motor Sport ecosystem, ensuring a high-level of integration and collaboration • Prize-Giving ceremony aligned with players’ celebrations • Future "Race of E-Motor Sport Champions" gathering the best in class players from all FIA recognised online championships


• Master’s degree or equivalent • Seven to ten years experience in an International Federation with a high degree of technology (position held during the last five years) and/or game publishing company, event and online tournament management experience  • Knowledge of motor sport (circuit focus) and sport regulatory system would be a plus •Strong IT skills • Knowledge of consoles and PC software and hardware environment • High level of integrity • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Project management approach to work, with high level of administrative capabilities • Result oriented • Languages: English and French fluent, possibly German. Chinese or Japanese would be significant assets
